Ella Guild, Executive Assistant

Ella is the Executive Assistant at The Law Office of Lauren Campoli. With over five years of experience supporting business operations, creative projects, and client-facing initiatives, Ella has helped organizations and small businesses streamline their processes, manage communications, and keep day-to-day operations running efficiently. She holds a MA in Design Management and a BS in Graphic Design from Southeastern University, where she focused on the intersection of creativity, strategy, and business operations.

She enjoys learning how things work, finding ways to make processes more effective, and continually expanding her knowledge so she can be prepared to take on new challenges. She brings a detail-oriented and analytical approach to her work, allowing her to provide thoughtful support to both clients and the team. Before joining the firm, Ella worked as an Influencer & Content Strategist, where she learned to turn ideas into successful projects through strategic planning and thoughtful analysis. From becoming drone certified to receiving the Best in Major Award for her BS in Graphic Design, Ella takes pride in not only learning new skills, but mastering them. Outside of the office, Ella enjoys deep diving into internet theories or trying a new hobby while drinking a perfectly crafted latte.

Tristan Hitchens-Brookins, Research and Writing Specialist

Born and raised in St. Paul, Tristan Hitchens-Brookins brings discipline, creativity, and a deep commitment to service to his work. He graduated from St. Paul Academy and Summit School, then earned his bachelor’s degree from Morehouse College in 2023, graduating magna cum laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. In 2026, he earned his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law.

Before joining the firm, Tristan authored children’s books for Planting People Growing Justice Leadership Institute, a literacy nonprofit, and served with AmeriCorps building homes alongside Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity. Those experiences shaped his belief that meaningful work should make a tangible difference in people’s lives, and they sharpened his ability to collaborate, solve problems, and serve his community with purpose.

As the firm’s research and writing specialist, Tristan supports the defense team with rigorous legal research, careful writing, and genuine care for the people the firm serves.
